Our signature experiences

Three ways in. Start wherever you are.

You do not need to be fit, experienced, or sure about any of it. Most people arrive on their own and leave having agreed to come back.

The framework

The 5 Bodies Model

Wellbeing is never one-dimensional. Five layers, each held by the one around it, which is why strain in any single body is felt by all the others.

Nervous system, breath, movement and sleep. The layer where stress shows up first and most measurably, and the fastest one to reach with a practical tool.

Thoughts, focus, beliefs and mindset. Supports clarity and direction, and the layer people notice returning first after a reset.

Awareness, expression, boundaries and connection. Supports resilience and the quality of your relationships.

Purpose, values and intuition. Supports motivation and vision, the sense of why any of it matters, which is usually the first thing burnout takes.

Capacity, recovery and boundaries. The difference between sustainable energy and constant output, and the layer most often ignored until it collapses.

The model is the spine of every session, whatever the format.

Why Nature Awareness

Clinical insight, out in the weather.

Clinical credibility

Twenty years as a Registered Nurse (NMC) and ten years in mental health nursing. Every practice on offer here has a reason behind it, and Leah can tell you what that reason is.

Nature-based, not abstract

Breathwork, mindfulness, grounding and cold-water immersion. Practical things you do with your body, outdoors, that settle a nervous system rather than talk about settling one.

A community, not an audience

Over 300 people have come through. Retreats are child and dog friendly by design, and the group is the reason most people come back rather than the itinerary.

Safe, supportive and inclusive

Child and dog friendly by design. Nobody is expected to do anything they do not want to do, and nobody goes it alone.

Real-world results

Lasting reductions in anxiety, more self-confidence, and a renewed sense of what you are actually for.
