The short version

Where clinical expertise meets collective growth

I am Leah Fitzpatrick, a Registered Nurse (NMC) with over twenty years in healthcare and ten years in mental health nursing. I have guided more than 300 people through nature-based breathwork, mindfulness and cold-water immersion to restore balance and spark growth.

Two decades in healthcare teaches you something uncomfortable: the people who need help the most are usually the last to ask for it, and by the time they do, they are already past the point where a leaflet is going to be any use. I kept meeting people who did not need to be told what to do. They needed somewhere to go, someone to do it with, and a reason to believe it would work.

Nature Awareness started because a walk with other people does more than a lot of things that cost a great deal more.

So the free day retreats came first, and they have stayed free. Anyone can come. Nobody has to swim, nobody has to talk, and nobody is sold anything on the day. That matters, because the people who benefit most from this are often the ones who would talk themselves out of paying for it.

The rest of the work grew out of that. The 5 Bodies Model is the framework underneath all of it, workshops for people who want to go deeper, and one-to-one coaching for people working through something specific over six to eight weeks.

Everything on offer here has a reason behind it, and I can tell you what that reason is. That is the part the clinical background pays for.

The community

United by transformation

Three hundred people have come through, and the group is the reason most of them come back rather than the itinerary.

From first-timers to devotees

Some people are testing the water, literally. Others have been getting into cold rivers for years. Both turn up on the same Saturday and it works.

Safe, supportive and inclusive

Child and dog friendly by design rather than by tolerance. Nobody is made to do anything, and nobody goes it alone.

Real-world results

Lasting reductions in anxiety, more self-confidence, and a renewed sense of what you are actually for.
