Windermere shoreline walk

How the day went

A beautiful, still morning for it – fourteen of us met at the boat landings and walked the shoreline path round to the little bay, stopping along the way for some breathwork and grounding practice. About half the group went in for a cold dip once we reached the bay; the rest cheered from the shingle, which is exactly how it should be.

We finished back at the car park with a flask of something warm and a proper natter. Same time next month for anyone who missed it.
