About this walk

A gentle sunrise walk along the dunes at Formby, finishing with a short cold-water dip in the sea for anyone who fancies it. Suitable for all fitness levels, dogs welcome on leads.

The route

An easy 4 mile loop through the pine woods and over the dunes to the beach, then back along the shoreline.
